Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TeamFeed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the TeamFeed application and website at teamfeedapp.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create a TeamFeed account. Children under 13 may not create accounts; they participate in TeamFeed only as roster entries (name, jersey number, and optional photo) created and managed by their parent, guardian, or coach.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The Service

TeamFeed is a team communication platform for youth baseball teams: team feeds, schedules and RSVPs, chat, photo sharing, and related features. Coaches create and manage teams; parents, guardians, and players join teams with an invite code. Team content is visible to that team's members as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription during a period you have already paid for.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased per teamby the team's owner (typically the head coach). Parents, guardians, and players never pay to join or use a team.

• Free trial. New teams may receive a free trial (currently 30 days from team creation, no credit card required). When the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using paid features.
• Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Cancellation.You can cancel anytime from your team's billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
• Refunds.Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.
• Price changes.We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
• Promotional codes. We may offer codes granting free access for a period of time. Codes may have expiration dates and redemption limits, and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. If it continues to fail, paid features for the team may be limited until payment succeeds.

5. Your Content

You own the content you post to TeamFeed (posts, messages, photos, and other materials). By posting, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service — for example, showing your post to the rest of your team. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

You are responsible for the content you post, and you represent that you have the necessary rights to it (including permission to share photos of minors on your team, where applicable). Team owners and coaches may remove content from their teams.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harassing, abusive, or harmful — especially given that minors participate on teams
• Post content that is obscene, hateful, threatening, or infringes someone else's rights
• Attempt to access data or teams you are not a member of, or probe, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a team
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-collect data from the Service

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it — including our commitments around children's privacy and not selling your data. It is part of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Team owners may delete their teams from Team Settings; deleting a team permanently removes its content for all members. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for us or other users, with notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications (push or email) will always be delivered — do not rely on TeamFeed as your only channel for time-critical or safety-related communication.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamFeed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 if you have not paid us anything).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the App or via email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
